Links for
your review are four documents related to the CCWUI Project: the
Landowner
Agreement; the
Practice Plan; and the
Defensible Space and
Forest
Thinning Guidelines. These documents were sent out in a prior email, but
we're including them again in case you did not receive them.
This legal
Agreement allows the CWA to implement work on your property. For now, we will
be collecting signed Agreements from Landowners (or your Agent) when we conduct
the site visit to your property. Long term and on a case-by-case basis, we
will roll out a process for Landowners to sign these via email if you are unable
to attend an in-person site visit.
- Practice Plan:
This document
will be completed by CWA Staff during your site visit to record the Details of
your Property as well as the Treatment Plan, Treatment Methods, and Areas to be
treated. Please do not send this to the CWA prior to your site visit. The
Landowner/Agent will have the final say in the details included in the Practice
Plan.
